ASDA TikTok's

Working with ASDA on their social channels I have helped grow their TikTok account from 9,000 followers to over 120,000 followers in the space of 7 months. Much of this growth I can attribute to following trends on the account with the acceptance of few of TikTok's. This shows how powerful TikTok can be in growing an audfience when done right on TikTok. Some of the many learnings I have from this is on TikTok, make TikTok's people dont want to be advertised to it's simple. How I incorporate ASDA's needs into formats and videos that are trending creating videos that people want to see instead of adverts they don't is the most important part of the job. This part of the job mainly comes down to the ideation and trend identification part. Below I have included some highlights of some of the most trending videos I have produced for ASDA.

ASDA Christmas Social Campaign 2022

Within this campaigned we were tasked as a team of how to tease the main christmas advert of which I will link below for context. I was a part of the ideation process as well as filming and editing my own specific TikToks to launch the main video. This was a challenging task and because we knew how big the main advert was going to go it made it more challenge in terms of what specifically we could do to tease it without givign it away. Which was the main focus for the client. So the paramaters were tough on this one to tease and get views but not to spoil and give away the main advert.

ASDA's FoodTok House

ASDA's FoodTok house was a PR event in which they launched new ranges and also wanted to pivot thier brand image towards emphsising quality for their brand. I was tasked with creating two pieces one was a welcome to the FoodTok house and the other was to focus on the Summer Banquet prepared by one of their head chefs to show the quality and potential of the produce. The influencers also created their own content alongside the main videos I created for ASDA which I have also linked below. 

 

ASDA's Bread Event

This event was to launch ASDA's new range of quality breads in store. For this they opened a pop up 13 course bread tasting resturant whcih immediately is the hook of the video. I was tasked with creating content which teased the event alongside being informative it was intended to create a more quality and positive outlook on the ASDA brand. 

 

Disney Instagram Reels

After the success from the ASDA account we pitched and won the contract to also create social content for Shop Disney and Shop Disney UK's social channels mainly focussing on IG Reels. Below is some of the content that we have produced for them. Working with Disney has been a great learnign curve and understanding a big client has taught me lots about client relations.
